Description
Right Mangekyō bears the ability of Fūjin which drains its victim of their chakra.
Left Mangekyō bears the ability of Raijin which provides its user with previously drained chakra.
Chakra could be stored for up to 72 hours and then is released to the surroundings in the period of 1 hour. Both abilities have cooldown of 1 hour and user have to wait 3 minutes between draining and releasing of chakra.
